Family Birthday Calendar
Type or paste your family's names and birthdays, and this free tool builds a printable month-by-month list plus an .ics file you can import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Each birthday repeats every year with a reminder a week ahead. Everything happens in your browser, and nothing is saved or sent.

How do you add birthdays to Google Calendar?
Download the .ics file from the tool, then import it into your calendar. Apple Calendar and Outlook accept the same file.
- Add each person's name and birthday above, or paste a list with one person per line.
- Choose Download .ics for your calendar.
- In Google Calendar on a computer, open Settings, then Import & export, and choose the file. In Apple Calendar or Outlook, use the import option in the file menu.
- Pick the calendar to add them to. Each birthday repeats every year and has a reminder 7 days before.
What can you paste into the list?
Paste one person per line, with a comma between the name and the date. Dates can be month and day, like 03/09, or a full date like 1990-07-04. A birth year is optional and is never added to your calendar.
Lines the tool can't read, such as February 30 or a 13th month, are listed so you can fix them. Names with accents, emoji or other alphabets work fine.
How does the printable birthday calendar work?
Choose Print the list and your browser prints a clean month-by-month page, January to December, with the people and days under each month. Save it as a PDF from the print dialog if you'd rather keep it on a screen.
It also shows who is up next, so the page works as a quick glance at the fridge or the office door.
What happens to February 29 birthdays?
Leap-day birthdays repeat on the last day of February, so they show up on February 28 in common years and February 29 in leap years. That way a leap-day birthday is never skipped for three years out of four.

Does it save or share my family's birthdays?
No. The names and dates are processed in your browser only. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere, so closing the tab clears them.
Will it work with iPhone and Outlook as well as Google Calendar?
Yes. The .ics file is a standard calendar format that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook can all import, and each birthday repeats yearly.
Can I make a birthday calendar template to print?
Yes. Add your people, choose Print the list, and you get a month-by-month page. You can save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.
How early is the reminder?
Each event has a reminder 7 days before the birthday, which leaves time to choose a gift and send a card. You can change it in your calendar after importing.
